“A college friend shared the recipe,” Leslie recalls. “After one taste, I knew it was a keeper. Now I make it whenever I’m asked to bring a dish to showers, parties or potlucks. It’s been a hit at every get-together we’ve attended.
Best of all, Leslie adds, the ingredients can be prepared the night before, “so it’s a real timesaver. When there’s a picnic, for example, I make the dressing in advance and keep it separate,” she explains. “Then I toss the salad together when I arrive at the location.”
