A true adventurer in the kitchen, Kari Wheaton has discovered a lasagna recipe that's world class.
"Ethnic cooking is my specialty. So it’s natural I put the flavors of Mexico into an Italian classic," Kari offers. "The only complaint I’ve ever gotten about it is that I didn’t make enough!
"I inherited my love for food from my mother, Vivian, the best cook I know. My son, Justin—an aspiring chef—is continuing our tradition."
Away from her range, Kari is a construction engineer, who spends spare time teaching cardio kickboxing, or golfing and scuba diving with her husband, Todd.
