Fall Recipes
I live up in Maine, and this morning the air was really crisp and cool. The change in temperature started me thinking of fall foods—apple cider, beef stew, crock pot recipes, apple pie... What fall foods do you enjoy cooking and eating? Does anyone have recipes that they would like to share?

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds |
Don’t toss out the seeds from a freshly cut pumpkin. Instead, roast them for a tasty snack. Wash and dry the seeds; toss with a drizzle of vegetable oil. Sprinkle with salt, garlic salt or another favorite seasoning. Spread in a single layer on an ungreased cookie sheet or baking pan. Bake at 325° for 15-20 minutes or until crisp. Remove to paper towels to cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
