Keep Salads Cold on a Hot Day
We frequently host picnics and outdoor parties at our house in the summer, and I've found it's difficult to keep the salads cold. Then I came upon the idea of filling a child's plastic swimming pool with ice. I set it on a sturdy table and nestled my cold dishes in it. It works great. --Kathern L., Negley, Ohio
