Helpful Healthy Tips |
At the end of the day, give yourself permission to eat one thing you really want, even if it's just a little morsel of chocolate. Instead of depriving yourself of something you love, it gives you something to look forward to! |
Exercise first thing in the morning, even if it's just a walk before breakfast. If you wait until later in the day, there will always be something that gets in the way, or you'll be too tired to stick to your workout. |
Day to day, it's easy to forget to track food as you eat it, so plan ahead: Use your journal to map out menus and snacks for an entire day (or even the whole week) in advance, then go back and record what you actually ate. |

"I lost nearly 85 pounds and went from size 22/24 down to 10/12. I am almost 43 years old, I'm healthier than I was at 25 and can fit into my wedding dress from 22 years ago. It is a wonderful feeling!"
