Dear $$firstname$$, HI, my name is Steve Uelner, Director of World Wide Country Tours. It's my pleasure to welcome you to this year's "Country Miler" newsletter. It's our way of keeping in touch with the many members of our touring family--and giving you a little "taste" of all the special times we have planned for 2004. Read on and discover...
Traveling Is Better Than Ever--When You Go with Friends! |
|
What makes a World Wide Country Tours vacation so special? It's
simple, really: Everyone you meet on one of our tours is a new friend
who feels like someone you've known for years. Most are subscribers
of one or more Reiman Publications magazines--and all of them are
neighborly folks just like you. Our travelers agree--touring with fellow Reiman readers from all across the U.S. and Canada is like taking a tour within a tour. It's by far the best, most enjoyable way to see North America and the world. And this year we have more than 50 vacations to choose from. Each and every one is a delightful getaway you'll remember for years. So why not join us and other new friends in 2004? Pick your place, pack your bags and follow in the footsteps of thousands of fellow readers to discover unique vacations that only World Wide Country Tours can offer! |

Folks are
Flocking to our Private Reader |
BY MY COUNT, my wife, Bobbi, and I have hosted
39 different World Wide Country Tours vacations over the past 32 years.
But last summer we got our first taste of "river barging". No wonder this
tour has sold out so quickly the past two years! World Wide Country Tours reserved the entire River Explorer--the only floating hotel barge in America. So everyone on board was like an old friend. Talk about smooth--if you didn't look out your window, you wouldn't know you were moving! Every morning brought a new adventure. Not just the gorgeous scenery, but the hand-picked shore excursions. Plus, local musicians came on board to entertain us with toe-tappin' tunes. The guy (or gal!) who came up with this great concept is a genius. There were special events planned just too. One of the highlights was the July Fourth fireworks. You saw every colorful flash twice--in the sky, then reflected on the river. We weren't alone in our enjoyment of this tour. The post-trip accolades were so great that the WWCT staff immediately reserved the River Explorer for two more barge tours next year... |

Don't Miss the Boat! | |
Come celebrate America's independence with newfound friends June 30-July
7, 2004, on our Third Annual
Summer Celebration Cruise. It's a serene
excursion through scenic Kentucky and Tennessee--I bet you'll love it as
much as Bobbi and I did! Or join us October 13-20, 2004, for a spectacular
Autumn Adventure as we soak in the shoreline beauty of Ohio, Kentucky and
West Virginia at the peak of fall color. Whichever trip you choose, you'll
enjoy the fun of cruising with a "boat load" of folks just like you. But
you'd better sign up quickly--reservations are already flowing in and last
summer's trip filled FAST! |

You
Asked for More and We're Glad to Oblige! FROM THE START, our tour
company has taken its lead from our customers. In fact, we first got into
the travel business when Reiman Publications subscribers told us they
wanted to meet the friendly folks and see the breathtaking sights we show
in our magazines. |
