The cupcake is very delicately spiced, and the caramel icing is so
yummy! Fortunately I prepared them to share with friends—otherwise I
think my family would have wiped out the whole batch on their own!

made this and loved it. Only changed a few things: To the ground beef I
added green peppers, garlic, and Italian seasoning, but left out the

can understand why this recipe was a contest winner. I added one thin
slice of jerk turkey and ham. The jerk turkey added quite a kick. Would
also try substituting jalapeno peppers for the green chilies for even

this for my family over Fourth of July and they loved it, so I made it
for dessert at my church for 125 people and everyone raved. Just be
careful not to over-bake the cookie, otherwise it is real hard to cut
