It’s been about a month since your April/May issue arrived…hope you’ve enjoyed the recipes as much as my family! I made Field Editor Joan Hallford’s Enchiladas Verdes (p. 69) for dinner the other night. We all liked the mild flavor of the green chile sauce—even the grandkids didn’t find it too spicy.

Hubby Louie and I are pizza lovers, so I was eager to try the Smoked Gouda Spinach Pizza on another night. It was deliciously different and so easy—it uses a refrigerated crust! The recipe made more than the two of us could eat in one meal, but the leftovers reheated just fine.
