My hubby Louie is having a hard time choosing his sweetheart treat—it’s a toss-up between the Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake and Raspberry Chocolate Cake. Both are so yummy!

If you’re not a chocolate lover (there are a few in this world), plan a romantic dinner featuring a mouth-watering entree in the issue. Cornmeal Oven-Fried Chicken or Cashew Beef Stir Fry are just two of the great choices.
