Greetings from the Taste of Home staff!

Valentines Day may be a month away, but I'm already busy baking sweets for my valentine, Louie. (We've been married 37 years!)

After seeing the February/March magazine, he couldn't decide on just one choice from the array of Best-Ever Desserts featured inside. So I'll start with the Layered Mocha Cheesecake pictured on the cover, then try the luscious Toasted Butter Pecan Cake on page 7. Like Louie, you'll want to try them both—and more.

In addition, we've got several brand-new bonus recipes just for Taste of Home subscribers, including great seafood entrees perfect for Lent, a traditional braided challah bread, cute Easter Bunny Cookies and some spicy African-inspired dishes to warm your winter.

Bigger Issue! Your February/March magazine is in the mail. When it arrives, you'll notice it has more pages than before! Even though we're now accepting advertising, we'll make sure to bring you at least 75 great recipes as always.
