When a brand-new issue of the magazine arrives in our office from the printer, I take it right home to my husband, Louie. He settles on the couch to go through it page-by-page, with his mouth watering.

It didn’t take him long to spot the Elegant Chocolate Torte in the new October/November issue—and he promptly "ordered" it for his birthday Oct. 8.
