Dear $$firstname$$,

GREETINGS from the Taste of Home staff.

SO MANY of us have our moms to thank for getting us started in the kitchen. I love the special Mom’s Cookin’ feature in the April/May magazine—the treasured family recipes from readers across the country make me think of my mom…and parsley!

Mom is never without parsley. She’s demonstrated time and again that sprig or two goes a long way to garnish a dip, deviled eggs, a platter of meat or just about anything. Mom grows parsley in her garden and in a pot on the windowsill, and this habit has rubbed off on me. But Mom knows she can’t always count on my green thumb. When she comes to a family dinner at our house, Mom always brings a delicious dish—and plenty of parsley!

It’s been about a month since your April/May magazine arrived, filled with favorite recipes from Moms, great ground beef dishes, cute cupcakes and more. As always, we saved some extra recipes for Taste of Home Plus, including more favorite Moms’ recipes, tasty ways to celebrate Egg Salad Week and springtime-fresh favorites featuring asparagus and rhubarb. You’ll also find delicious 2-serving recipes and clever tips for fast meals using freezer or pantry items. Curious about your June/July magazine? Don’t miss the sneak preview.
