Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 8x8 inch square pan. Place chocolate and butter in a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high just until melted, check every 15-20 seconds. Stir to blend. Cool. Beat 2 of the eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla until frothy. Gradually beat in 3/4 cup sugar and continue beating until thick and lemon colored. Stir in flour and beat well. Blend in chocolate and butter mixture. Set chocolate batter aside. Cream together the cream cheese and the remaining 1/4 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in the remaining egg and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Spread half of the chocolate batter into prepared pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over top of chocolate batter. Then top with remaining chocolate batter. Swirl slightly with blade of knife. Bake 1n 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
