Chocolate Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Mix sugar, cocoa and hot water in a 1 quart bowl or measuring cup. Add butter, and microwave on high for 5 minutes, or until bubbling. Stir to blend. Sauce will be thin at this point.

Instructions:

In a 2 quart casserole dish with straight sides, stir together all dry ingredients. Add milk and vanilla, stirring until smooth, scraping excess batter from sides of dish. Spread cake batter evenly in pan. Give reserved fudge sauce a stir. Gently pour sauce over he top of batter. Sprinkle with chopped nuts DO NOT STIR. Microwave on high for 8-10 minutes. When dessert is done, fudge sauce will have sunk to the bottom and cake will have risen to the top.
