I am so excited because Halloween is coming up, and I can't wait to see all of the adorable kids in their scary, creepy and cute costumes. I live in a neighborhood with a school, and every year, I have dozens of trick-or-treaters. I typically buy way too much candy and invite friends over to help hand it out.

A few years ago, I learned that chocolate bars freeze beautifully, and months later, make an excellent summertime treat. But, this year, I'm really looking forward to trying some of our quick tips for using up leftover candy. To make my celebration even more festive, I'll turn to our fun top 10 Halloween recipes or pumpkin-flavored autumn favorites. And, if the night's chilly, I may whip up Slow Cooker Cider or another one of the warm, simmered dishes for friends.
