We'd love for you to take some time to encourage your fellow home cooks with positive feedback and answers to their recipe comments and questions in the online Community forums and on Facebook. We know that new and seasoned home cooks alike also appreciate hearing about your hits and misses, and sharing a few helpful tips along the way is always appreciated. So, if you would, take a few minutes to engage on the forums. Then check out our Facebook page and do the same.

Cook's Corner and Cooking Hints and Tips are great places to share Taste of Home recipes you've made and offer advice to others for successful holiday meals. Kitchen Chat is ideal for general conversation, special-occasion tabletop ideas and food-related gift suggestions. Not sure how to participate? Meet Jenny Leighty!

TOH: What's your favorite part about being a Field Editor?
JL: It's a lot of fun to work on new recipes that I might submit to Taste of Home. I love inventing new things in the kitchen.

TOH: Has being a Field Editor changed how you cook in your own kitchen?
JL: It's helped me to be more creative and has taught me to take better notes when I'm just throwing something together for dinner. I've also started trying out new ingredients, like quinoa, in recipes I find in the magazine.

TOH: Do you have any tips for your fellow Field Editors?
JL: Stay friendly and helpful. Be gentle in giving advice. Always say something positive in your review of a recipe online; the recipe might not be suited to your taste, but another reader might enjoy it.

TOH: What's your most-loved Taste of Home recipe, and why do you love it?
JL: I'd say the recipe for Peanut Butter Mini Granola Bars. The kids went crazy for them! I make a similar version that uses white chocolate and craisins with almond flavoring. It's my personal favorite.
