Soothe away all that ails you with a tub full of tea, suggests blogger Stephanie Rose (gardentherapy.ca). “Pack a mess-free, fillable tea bag with herbs, salts and other bathtime joys like dried lavender, rose petals, Epsom salts, ground oatmeal, dried bee balm, dried mint leaves, fennel seeds or powdered milk. Add one tea bag to a warm bath, and give yourself 20 minutes to soak.” Your muscles will thank you. |
