For months, we’ve been working behind-the-scenes on a new Birds & Blooms Web site. It’s finally here, and we hope you like it. One of my favorite new features on the site is the Community section. We’ve made it a lot easier to chat with fellow readers, and now you can even join special interest “groups.” (Look for me in the Thrifty Backyards group. My username is “ThriftyGardener.”) Also, check out the new “Photo Challenge” we’ve put together. Each month we introduce a theme, and then you submit your best photos for it.
So go ahead and explore the new site; there’s a lot more to see. And while you’re there, don’t forget to stop by the Web Plus area where you’ll find stories exclusively for subscribers from the August/September issue (arriving in your mailboxes soon).
